P and I are going to Florida in a week. We’re taking a red-eye on the way out and a 6pm flight on the way back. I think I got pretty ideal flights for having P sleep while we’re on our transcontinental journey. I’m a list maker because I can’t remember things. Once I put it on the list I can forget about it and therefore sleep at night. Here is what I’ve got so far:
- Ordered potty seat and BPA free plates and bowls and had them shipped to my parents house.
- Ordered a GoGo BabyZ, a new book about planes and an Aquadoodle. All for transit time and it’s all arrived.
- Swimming Gogles
- 10 books for plane, must include Shark Mad Stanley
- Minnie, Pooh, Monkey and Baby
- Night time pull-ups for plane.
- Nemo and National Geographic Animal DVDs: P’s faves right now.
- One set of her utensils
- Night time bed pads and several pjs.
- To take on plane: Tylenol, teething tablets, Neosporin, Anti-bactarial gel, Kandoos and thermometer
- Airplane snacks that make her swallow a lot for unplugging ears
- Ella Elephant CD and book
Notice how all that stuff is for her. Every trip I walk out the door and realize I’ve forgotten something super important of mine like a coat when going to Big Sur in the winter!
